About the role
- Engaging confidently with customers to understand requirements and shape commercially and technically sound solutions
- Leading the creation of high quality, customer facing proposals that align with customer requirements, needs and business objectives
- Managing presales activity end-to-end, including scoping, planning, costing, and early project definition
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth transition into project delivery
- Presenting solutions clearly and persuasively through exceptional written and verbal communication
- Producing contractual documentation which delivers the required customer outcomes and meets our commercial strategy
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Professional Services project presales environment
- Strong background producing customer ready proposals
- Commercial acumen, demonstrated through managing scoping, costing, and early stage project changes
- Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong experience in project initiation, planning, and end-to-end delivery ownership
- A proven track record in leading successful customer-focused projects
- SC clearance or ability to pass
