About the role

  • Engaging confidently with customers to understand requirements and shape commercially and technically sound solutions
  • Leading the creation of high quality, customer facing proposals that align with customer requirements, needs and business objectives
  • Managing presales activity end-to-end, including scoping, planning, costing, and early project definition
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth transition into project delivery
  • Presenting solutions clearly and persuasively through exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Producing contractual documentation which delivers the required customer outcomes and meets our commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Professional Services project presales environment
  • Strong background producing customer ready proposals
  • Commercial acumen, demonstrated through managing scoping, costing, and early stage project changes
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong experience in project initiation, planning, and end-to-end delivery ownership
  • A proven track record in leading successful customer-focused projects
  • SC clearance or ability to pass
