About the role

  • Provide global system support for procurement tools and processes
  • Review and approve purchase requests (SRM) and create Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Support Corporate Travel processes including trip approvals, issue resolution, and compliance administration
  • Manage supplier relationships to support procurement and travel operations
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and assist with P2P queries
  • Support invoice reconciliation and billing queries with Accounts Payable
  • Assist category managers with sourcing and administrative tasks
  • Handle travel related mailboxes, user profiles, and account setups
  • Validate travel invoices and track savings
  • Manage system access for new starters and leavers
  • Run ad hoc reports and respond to email requests

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English and French or German
  • You have understanding of the Procure to Pay cycle and related processes
  • You have working knowledge of SRM, SAP, and KDS NEO (advantageous)
  • You have working knowledge of the corporate travel industry (advantageous)
  • You have high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint editing/creation
  • You have basic commercial awareness
  • You have office administration experience
  • You have contract management experience (advantageous)
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You have strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • You are highly numerate with strong critical thinking abilities
  • You have ability to prioritise effectively and work under tight schedules
  • You are meticulous, diligent, adaptable, and flexible
  • You are self motivated with willingness to learn internal processes and systems
  • You have experience working to deadlines.
