About the role
- Provide phone and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and referring clients to appropriate resources, including therapists, counselors, and relevant wellbeing services.
- Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop personalized health and wellbeing strategies that promote positive behavior change.
- Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner to individuals from diverse backgrounds with varied needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent graduate-level qualification in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and client information systems is required.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Recognized certifications in health or wellbeing coaching are preferred.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is preferred.
- Ability to provide client-centered support, demonstrating strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations.
