About the role
- Define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations and enhancements
- Design customer journey solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Center scenarios
- Lead integration architecture with ERP, marketing platforms, contact centers, and third-party systems
- Establish data model, security roles, and governance frameworks
- Guide Power Platform usage including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision making
- Support presales activities including demos, estimates, and solution proposals
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and roadmap
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of CRM experience with 5+ years on Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong functional and technical knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform
- Experience leading enterprise CRM implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience delivering projects via hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies including Scrum
- Experience with Omnichannel, Contact Center, or AI-powered service solutions
- Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-600)
- Experience with Azure integration and Dataverse
