About the role

  • Builder/doer role: switch between strategy and hands-on execution to design systems, streamline processes, and surface insights that drive growth
  • Build, implement, and continuously improve Marketing, Sales and Service systems and tools
  • Design and document Marketing, Sales and Service processes; keep them current and usable
  • Train and partner with Sales/Service teams to operate those processes effectively
  • Develop dashboards and reporting; provide proactive insights on performance
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering/Product/Design and others to define, develop, and implement metrics
  • Lead and support ad hoc and longer-range go-to-market strategy and operations projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality and availability
  • Identify opportunities to streamline revenue operations and deepen understanding of business dynamics
  • Execute content marketing requests tied to sales enablement and revenue workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales, Customer Service/Success, Revenue Operations, Investment Banking, or Consulting
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage technology company
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven success using AI tools to scale revenue operations
  • Experience building in Salesforce
  • Experience building in Hubspot CRM
  • Experience building in Customer.io
  • Experience building in Default
  • Experience building in Ad platforms
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode)
