• Build & lead the tax practice: define scope (compliance + advisory), staffing model, SLAs, and review standards

• Own and elevate the advisor journey from initial recruitment through successful transition and integration, serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders.
• Own the entire advisor transition timeline, from LOI through the first 90+ days, delivering white-glove service.
• Lead transition efforts as advisors migrate books of business, platforms, or client relationships into the Compound ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and refine onboarding and transition processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Track and drive milestones across ops, compliance, tech, and people teams to ensure timely and successful advisor launches.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication, answering questions and resolving issues throughout onboarding and transition.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, remove roadblocks, and deliver a seamless advisor experience.
• Anticipate advisor needs, spot gaps early, and proactively deliver solutions that reinforce trust in Compound’s model.

Transition Manager

• Builder/doer role: switch between strategy and hands-on execution to design systems, streamline processes, and surface insights that drive growth
