Compliance

• Own and lead the compliance program end-to-end, partnering with the General Counsel and external resources to maintain a proactive, best-in-class regulatory framework.
• Operate with independence and confidence, reducing reliance on consultants while protecting the company from compliance and operational risks.
• Track, analyze, and interpret regulatory changes, communicating guidance and implications to internal stakeholders in real time.
• Prepare, file, and maintain all regulatory documents, including Form ADV, Form CRS, U4/U5 filings, 13F, and additional required submissions.
• Draft, refine, and implement compliance policies and procedures that reflect current regulation, industry standards, and internal operational realities.
• Conduct ongoing training and education to strengthen compliance awareness and expectations across teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, integrating risk management into business processes, cybersecurity, and client operations.
• Lead compliance onboarding and offboarding for clients, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee trade reconciliation, trade reviews, and related supervisory responsibilities.
• Prepare for and manage mock audits, regulatory exams, and ongoing testing.
• Champion a culture of compliance, ensuring it remains a core pillar of how we operate as we scale.

Chief Compliance Officer

• Build & lead the tax practice: define scope (compliance + advisory), staffing model, SLAs, and review standards
• Own compliance at scale: oversee relationships, tax return workflow and processes with outside CPA firms and identify scalability improvements
• Deliver holistic & proactive planning for HNW clients, including equity comp, crypto, QSBS, QBI §199A, NIIT, SALT, real estate, philanthropy, entity selection, and exit planning
• Integrate with planning: partner with advisors to convert planning insights into tax actions and client communications
• Manage Tax Tech Stack: workflow, document exchange, automation, and data integrity
• Coach and educate advisors and clients; track legislation and present webinars
• Own the numbers: forecast capacity, set pricing, manage vendors, and track P&L
• Stay compliant: monitor regulatory changes, update firm policy, and maintain privacy/security standards

Head of Tax

Manager

• Own and elevate the advisor journey from initial recruitment through successful transition and integration, serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders.
• Own the entire advisor transition timeline, from LOI through the first 90+ days, delivering white-glove service.
• Lead transition efforts as advisors migrate books of business, platforms, or client relationships into the Compound ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and refine onboarding and transition processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Track and drive milestones across ops, compliance, tech, and people teams to ensure timely and successful advisor launches.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication, answering questions and resolving issues throughout onboarding and transition.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, remove roadblocks, and deliver a seamless advisor experience.
• Anticipate advisor needs, spot gaps early, and proactively deliver solutions that reinforce trust in Compound’s model.

Transition Manager

iOS Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Lead the mobile implementation and own the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, from concept to deployment.
• Participate in setting the mobile product strategy including the Android platform.
• Design elegant, scalable, and maintainable software solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to system architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and share best practices to elevate team performance.
• Triage and resolve software defects, continuously improving the app’s quality and user experience.
• Stay at the forefront of iOS development trends and innovations, driving technical excellence while delivering for the business.
• Actively participate in agile software development, including planning, code reviews, demo and retrospectives.

Revenue Operations

• Builder/doer role: switch between strategy and hands-on execution to design systems, streamline processes, and surface insights that drive growth
• Build, implement, and continuously improve Marketing, Sales and Service systems and tools
• Design and document Marketing, Sales and Service processes; keep them current and usable
• Train and partner with Sales/Service teams to operate those processes effectively
• Develop dashboards and reporting; provide proactive insights on performance
