About the role

  • Build AI-powered automations for client deliverables (reports, audits, data summaries)
  • Implement tools that use LLMs to analyze CRM data, generate insights, or make recommendations
  • Reduce manual effort across our teams by automating repetitive internal processes
  • Evaluate and integrate AI products into our stack
  • Monitor usage of the tools you build and improve as needed to ensure they are adopted by users
  • Evangelize AI internally and support team members adopt AI in their work

Requirements

  • You've built something real with AI — even a side project, a script, or a personal tool
  • You're comfortable with Python or JavaScript and aren't afraid to figure out new APIs
  • You're curious about B2B marketing, sales, and how growth teams operate
  • You communicate clearly in writing — you'll be working with a remote team
  • You care about producing work that's actually useful, not just technically interesting
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, AI and its applications, and a can-do mentality
