About the role
- Attracting and developing new personal and commercial deposits, loans, and investment relationships.
- Pursuing opportunities to expand existing relationships through business development.
- Complying with all related CIP and BSA/AML requirements.
- Driving business growth by leading the service delivery model strategy for their respective market.
- Managing and reviewing active loan portfolios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Five (5) years of banking-related experience in product sales and lending.
- Knowledgeable in bank operations, new accounts, relationship management, payment processing, wire transfers, debits/credits, overdraft/uncollected management, past due loan management, and related activities.
- Advanced understanding and experience with commercial banking or private banking relationships and experience interacting with high-net worth clients.
- An in-depth knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/AML and related regulations is required.
- Experience working in a sales team with high quality service advocacy.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication (English and Spanish) skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Software (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
