Customer Success Manager

• Own and manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle - from onboarding to expansion.
• Become an expert in our platform and services to confidently guide customers and answer their questions.
• Proactively engage with customers to anticipate needs, address potential challenges, and ensure continued success.
• Educate and empower users by helping them reach their desired outcomes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Drive retention and satisfaction by executing key Customer Success activities aligned with our Customer Journey.
• Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction, engagement, and renewal targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Account Executive

• Du ansvarar för hela säljprocessen - från att förstå kundens situation och driva insiktsfulla discovery-samtal till att presentera lösningar.
• Du hjälper kunder att förstå sina verkliga utmaningar inom compliance och risk.
