About the role
- Own and manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle - from onboarding to expansion.
- Become an expert in our platform and services to confidently guide customers and answer their questions.
- Proactively engage with customers to anticipate needs, address potential challenges, and ensure continued success.
- Educate and empower users by helping them reach their desired outcomes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Drive retention and satisfaction by executing key Customer Success activities aligned with our Customer Journey.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction, engagement, and renewal targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another B2B customer-facing role
- A curious and adaptable mindset - comfortable working in a transforming organization
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with empathy and commercial awareness
- Fluency in Danish (most of our customers are Danish) and professional proficiency in English.
