COMPLY is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that fuel awareness, accelerate pipeline, and convert leads to revenue.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of B2B marketing experience within a complex regulatory environment, with minimum 3 years owning integrated campaigns from strategy through reporting.
- Proven success in delivering campaigns that drive and ocnvert high revenue pipeline—not just leads.
- Deep proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset—fluent in KPIs, conversion rates, funnel math, and pipeline modeling.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to build custom GPTs, ideate, optimize, or personalize marketing workflows.
- Curiosity-driven, self-starter with strong judgment, creative chops, and sharp execution.
- Bonus: Familiarity with 6sense, Qualified or other intent-based platforms.
- Bonus: Canva or lightweight design skills.
