About the role
- Support post-award contract administration activities, including contract intake, file establishment, tracking, and closeout
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready contract files in accordance with CRS policies, FAR requirements, and applicable agency guidance
- Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of contract modifications, funding actions, option exercises, and other contractual actions
- Monitor periods of performance, funding status, deliverables, reporting requirements, and key contractual milestones
- Support the preparation, issuance, and administration of subcontracts, teaming agreements, and related contractual instruments
- Ensure required clauses, flow-downs, and compliance documentation are properly incorporated and maintained
- Coordinate routine administrative communications with subcontractors to support timely execution and performance
- Assist in maintaining compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and CRS internal policies
- Support audits, reviews, and government data calls by compiling and validating contract and subcontract documentation
- Provide administrative support related to CPARS inputs, contract closeout, and compliance reporting
- Coordinate with task order PMs, Finance, and operations team to support contract-related administrative requirements
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for routine contract and subcontract inquiries
- Support the maintenance and refinement of contract administration templates, trackers, contract management systems data entry and standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative controls, efficiency, and consistency within the Contracts function
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and/or subcontract administration within the government contracting industry
- Familiarity with government invoicing, contract modifications, and task order management
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal contracts in a post-award environment
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and general government contracting principles
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with contract management systems preferred.
