About the role
- Act as a **strategic advisor** to Divisional leaders on all people-related matters
- Align People & Culture strategy with divisional priorities and business goals
- Partner closely with leaders to define and deliver people initiatives aligned to the broader People Strategy
- Provide guidance across a wide range of global people topics, including:
- - Talent acquisition & bespoke onboarding
- - Performance management
- - Employee relations
- - Reward & recognition
- - Continuous learning & engagement
- Own and deliver a **seamless employee lifecycle experience**
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support divisional and organisational success
- Participate in leadership team meetings to stay close to divisional priorities and people impacts
- Provide meaningful **people insights**, understanding how employees feel and what matters most to them
- Coach leaders pragmatically in talent development, organisational design, change leadership and performance management
- Review people analytics (turnover, engagement, performance), spotting trends, risks and opportunities early
- Build leadership capability in goal-setting, team reviews and having regular, human conversations
- Ensure in-country benefits are competitive and aligned to business strategy
- Drive company culture and strategic initiatives throughout the Division
- Build a strong understanding of UK and US market contexts, cultural norms and people practices to provide relevant, localized support to teams and leaders in these geographies.
- Execute UK and Ireland payrolls
- Manage benefit platforms and providers, ensuring accuracy, timely renewals and clear communication
- Partner with third-party suppliers
- Contribute to the overall success of People & Culture across the business
- Co-design people strategy, solutions and initiatives with the global P&C team
- Collaborate closely with Senior People Partners and Operations & Employee Experience Managers
- Be a positive, engaged team player who enhances team dynamics
Requirements
- 🧠 What you’ll bringQualifications & Experience
- - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce or related field, or **CIPD Level 7** (or equivalent)
- - **7+ years’ experience** in a senior People Partnering role
- - Proven expertise in recruitment, change management and coaching senior leaders
- - Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures (UK/US experience advantageous)
- - Background in a fast-paced global environment (FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Tech or similar)
- - Strong knowledge of HR legislation, systems and best practices
- - Commercially astute with strong business acumen
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- - Analytical, solutions-focused and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- - Digitally savvy, energetic and results-driven
- - Passionate about continuous improvement and integrated ways of working
