About the role

  • Point of contact for our customers via email and telephone
  • Handle inquiries in a friendly, prompt and reliable manner
  • Oversee booking management
  • Process bookings, rebookings, reservations, orders and quotes
  • Update customer support processes and templates
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to improve workflows

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the context of adult education and/or customer consulting
  • Interest in our topics: coaching, training and organizational development
  • Completed vocational training or a university degree
  • Empathetic, friendly and respectful in dealing with people
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and meticulous working style with high quality standards
  • Responsive and calm in hectic situations

  • Willingness to learn and openness to reflect on one’s actions
