About the role
- Point of contact for our customers via email and telephone
- Handle inquiries in a friendly, prompt and reliable manner
- Oversee booking management
- Process bookings, rebookings, reservations, orders and quotes
- Update customer support processes and templates
- Collaborate closely with other teams to improve workflows
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the context of adult education and/or customer consulting
- Interest in our topics: coaching, training and organizational development
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Empathetic, friendly and respectful in dealing with people
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and meticulous working style with high quality standards
- Responsive and calm in hectic situations
- Responsible with a solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and openness to reflect on one’s actions
