About the role
- Plan the annual training program based on past experience and company objectives
- Prepare and deliver open and in-house training courses
- Support in-house management and provide holiday cover
- Maintain relationships with trainers, venues, printers and partners
- Improve processes in event organization
- Research new training locations and ensure the quality of existing sites
- Issue and update participation certificates
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event management
- Completed vocational training or a degree — ideally with a focus on event management
- Independent, solution-oriented and reliable work style
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Organized and responsible
- Reflective with a willingness for personal development
