About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
- Translate complex business priorities into practical people actions that drive measurable engagement and operational outcomes.
- Proactively identify talent risks and organizational challenges, offering data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Support leadership through organizational change, reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency across teams.
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions to complex matters.
- Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and strategic employee development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead workforce planning, requisition alignment, and seamless onboarding transitions.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up actions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background specifically in an HR Business Partner capacity.
- Proven track record of partnering directly with senior leadership teams to influence business outcomes.
- Strong professional judgment and the ability to influence leaders through practical, insight-led solutions.
- Deep experience navigating employee relations and performance management within complex, matrixed environments.
- Exceptional ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a "Translator" between business needs and HR policy.
- High level of organizational skill to manage HR operations and administrative documentation with precision.
