Medical Director

• Supervises the weekend on-call team, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
• Upholds the Code of Ethical Conduct and promotes positive working relationships within the company
• Responsible for administrative and management functions as the on-call Administrator
• Models desired behaviors including timeliness, punctuality, and collaboration
• Documents in the patient’s clinical record when required
• Collaborates regarding QAPI activities and provides feedback into Performance Improvement
