Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required
  • Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
