About the role
- Evaluates current or proposed Finance operations and develops, tracks, documents, recommends, and/or analyzes processes, operations, or systems.
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children.
- Assesses Compassion's Finance organization, processes, or initiatives.
- Reviews business cases, sorts requirements from stakeholders, and manages communications.
- Identifies and analyzes simple ministry process problems and provides ongoing customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in this or a related field.
- Workday Financials or WD HCM experience is preferred.
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
- Advanced English language skills - speaking, reading, and writing.
