  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless hand-offs from business development through implementation
  • Provide consistent updates on pipeline activity, progress, and market trends
  • Align efforts with company-wide growth and partnership objectives

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in business development, ideally within healthcare or the ASC sector
  • Proven success in structuring and closing complex joint ventures with physicians and health systems
  • Strong understanding of ASC operations, financial modeling, and deal economics
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in market analysis and strategic expansion planning
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Private equity exposure and an established healthcare industry network preferred
