About the role

  • Provide leadership and oversight for evaluation, data collection, and reporting across Crisis Services and grant projects
  • Supervise, mentor, and build capacity among Project Evaluators and Data Coordinators
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement strategies
  • Partner with clinical leaders to develop measurable quality indicators and performance metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and compliance with grant and program requirements
  • Collaborate with Data and EHR teams to design effective reporting processes
  • Gather qualitative insights from internal and external stakeholders to inform program improvement
  • Serve as a thought partner and escalation point for advanced data challenges
  • Represent evaluation efforts in meetings and facilitate data-informed discussions as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health/human services, statistics, or other related field required
  • Master’s degree in health/human services, statistics, or other related field preferred
  • At least four (4) years’ experience in evaluation, research, or data management required
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory position required
  • Experience in human service field preferred
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
