Sales

• Ensure data accuracy and high hygiene standards for sales activity reporting within the CRM (HubSpot).
• Compile detailed executive sales reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support senior sales leadership in data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify knowledge gaps or process inefficiencies and recommend targeted enablement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Act as a power-user for our sales technology stack, providing frontline support and troubleshooting assistance to maximize tool adoption and utilization.
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all new sales hires, managing the end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and coordination of comprehensive 30-60-90 day onboarding programs.
• Design, coordinate, and help deliver ongoing training sessions on product updates, competitive intelligence, and process changes for the tenured sales team.
• Track attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics for all training initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the central sales content library (e.g., playbooks, pitch decks, case studies) within our enablement platform/CMS.
• Ensure all materials are consistently current, accurate, easily accessible, and aligned with marketing messaging.
• Handle daily administrative updates and audits of materials to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate the critical account management and operations hand-off process for new CORE and Enterprise client wins, ensuring seamless transition from Sales to the Service Delivery teams.
• As a small, fast-paced team, business needs evolve rapidly, requiring an all hands on deck approach and the willingness to jump in on ad-hoc projects and evolving business needs not explicitly defined above.
