About the role

  • Define and align SLAs, MQL/SQL criteria, routing rules and the lead lifecycle with Marketing, SDR, Sales and CS.
  • Implement and maintain data governance (standardization, taxonomy, property dictionary, quality rules, audits and versioning of changes).
  • Consolidate the “single source of truth” view of the funnel and customer journey, ensuring consistency of metrics, definitions and follow-up rituals.
  • Lead the area roadmap, prioritizing integrations, automations and improvements based on funnel impact, productivity and customer experience.
  • Act as the guardian of HubSpot’s technical layer, defining best practices, implementation standards and security, access and maintenance guidelines.
  • Lead core HubSpot setups and evolutions: workflows, automations, routing, scoring, critical properties and pipelines.
  • Conduct recurring data audits: deduplication, structural corrections, enrichment and prevention (rules and processes to avoid re-contaminating the database).
  • Measure and diagnose funnel bottlenecks (e.g., response time, conversion drop by stage, lead quality, losses by reason) and propose structural process and technology improvements.
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards and analyses for the leadership team, with conversions by stage and productivity by team.
  • Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, CS, Tech, Product and Data, coordinating requests, aligning priorities and ensuring execution with quality and predictability.
  • Structure the team’s routines: backlog, prioritization, documentation, training, rituals, playbooks and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Robust experience in Marketing Ops / RevOps, with practical experience in governance, funnel management and integrated operations across commercial teams.
  • Technical proficiency in HubSpot (all relevant hubs) with the ability to define standards, design the architecture and lead platform evolutions.
  • Experience with integrations (multiple sources, automations, etc.), including mapping design and quality criteria.
  • Strong analytical skills, with mastery of metrics and the ability to turn data into decisions and process changes.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills (dictionaries, playbooks, requirements, standards, governance), ensuring scalability and continuity.
  • Clear communication and the maturity to work with stakeholders, reconciling business needs with technical sustainability.
