About the role
- Actively map new talent in the market and present current open opportunities at the company;
- Manage and organize all stages of the recruitment process;
- Source, interview and evaluate candidates in a timely manner, always providing an outstanding candidate experience and acting as an ambassador of our culture;
- Maintain balance between passive recruitment efforts (funnel) and proactive sourcing;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and identify recruitment strategies to meet them;
- Use data and metrics to measure the health of your hiring funnels and support strategic decision-making based on those insights;
- Lead the offer process, including negotiation and closing of proposals;
- Manage time effectively to meet SLAs and hiring deadlines;
- Collaborate to attract professionals to our recruitment funnel (events, content production);
- Connect and communicate effectively with people of different seniority levels and areas;
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities;
- Prepare interview reports and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the field;
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment, working with expanding teams;
- Experience managing multiple concurrent openings;
- Experience sourcing talent using search tools (LinkedIn, social networks, ATS, etc.);
- Experience using recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems;
- Experience recruiting across all business areas, including tech roles;
- Availability to be in our office at least 2x per week, located on Av. Paulista - São Paulo;
- Excellent communication skills.
