About the role
- Research, structure, write and edit creative, goal-oriented copy that helps generate demand (leads) and convert sales, aligned with Growth strategies;
- Create written content for blog posts, digital ads, seasonal campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages and website pages;
- Develop email marketing sequences (nurture, retention and upsell) that educate, build trust and smoothly guide leads through the sales funnel;
- Reinforce the pillars of the Hero tone of voice and personality across all copy, using consistent key messages aligned with our Brand Guide;
- Produce copy focused on A/B testing for blog posts, landing pages and emails, monitoring results to implement continuous improvements and achieve our performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields;
- Experience in Copywriting and Digital Marketing Content;
- Experience writing blog content;
- Experience writing copy for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Google Display, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.);
- Experience creating copy for email flows;
- Experience producing consultative and sales-driven copy;
- Ability to self-learn from Portuguese, English and Spanish content online (videos, posts, tools);
- Ability to map out ideas and organize processes using tools such as Miro, Canva, Lucidchart, Notion, Trello, etc.;
- Data-driven decision-making for every piece of copy created;
- Agile and versatile in executing different requests;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an obsession for producing and proofreading text free of spelling and grammatical errors;
- Ability to adapt to new rituals and agile methodologies;
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
