About the role
- Help clients identify and qualify candidates for positions
- Assist with job postings on various platforms
- Screen applications, resumes, and conduct interviews
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate information
- Write pitches for presenting candidate resumes to clients
- Attend job fairs and networking opportunities
- Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up after interviews
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and independent
- Proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Ability to learn our ATS
- Recruiting and/or staffing industry experience preferred, but can be trained
- Previous experience interviewing helpful, but can be trained
- A college degree is highly preferred
- Background in communication, education, liberal arts, psychology, or sociology works well
- Client-facing experience is essential
