About the role

  • Help clients identify and qualify candidates for positions
  • Assist with job postings on various platforms
  • Screen applications, resumes, and conduct interviews
  • Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate information
  • Write pitches for presenting candidate resumes to clients
  • Attend job fairs and networking opportunities
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up after interviews

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and independent
  • Proficiency with Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn our ATS
  • Recruiting and/or staffing industry experience preferred, but can be trained
  • Previous experience interviewing helpful, but can be trained
  • A college degree is highly preferred
  • Background in communication, education, liberal arts, psychology, or sociology works well
  • Client-facing experience is essential
