Support operational execution and revenue activation across the Patient Experience team.
Analyze performance data, executing ad hoc operational and analytical tasks, and building and optimizing solutions.
Monitor engagement and performance metrics, conduct QA and UAT for new launches and product changes, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes.
Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of healthcare‑industry or consulting experience or a master’s or PhD in a relevant field and valid US work authorization.
Highly data-savvy with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into succinct summaries.
Strong proficiency with data exploration using SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or Grafana.
Comfortable leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows, support analysis, accelerate execution, and improve the quality and speed of operational output.
Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a talent for creating professional, persuasive presentations in slide presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
A high degree of accountability against timelines and a collaborative working style that excels in cross-functional environments.
A sense of flexibility and prioritization in juggling both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests as needed in a fast-paced startup environment
A quick learner who remains effective in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and possesses a high degree of curiosity.
