About the role

  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues for customers as part of the Bangladesh-based Customer Support team.
  • Respond to customer requests with clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhere to escalation protocols and collaborate with Account Management, Engineering, and Operations for follow-ups.
  • Track customer requests, update systems, document resolutions, and maintain basic reports on progress.
  • Assist with daily task management and complete assigned workflows accurately and on time.
  • Share updates on completed tasks and escalate challenges to relevant teams.
  • Work on-site during night shifts (Monday to Friday) to support US time zones.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts and workflows quickly.
  • Empathy for customers and a strong sense of accountability to drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts to accommodate US time zones.
  • Comfortable learning and using tools like Zendesk, Excel, and internal systems.
