About the role
- Answer a high volume of phone calls
- Provide information about our products and services
- Checking in/out clients
- Document and update patient records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and surgeries
- Process invoices and payments
- Respond to client emails/texts and process faxes
- Communicate with doctors and technical staff to ensure pet health care needs are taken care of
- Various other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service in veterinary or medical setting
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
