• Ensure compliance with District contracts, including the requirements of the SCA
• Perform accounts payable tasks such as entering invoices and verifying payments
• Conduct financial compliance reviews for TCP service providers
• Review payroll data for appropriate wage determination
• Communicate updates to the budget team regarding SCA requirements
• Manage the monthly rental processing and payments
• Oversee expenditure compliance with grant and program budgets
