Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Early Learning and department staff
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
• Coordinate travel arrangements for Child Care Aware of Eastern Washington staff
• Serve as a point of contact for department communications
• Respond to phone calls and emails and route inquiries appropriately
• Develop and distribute department communications such as the Bi-weekly Social Circle and Friday Notes
• Assist with presentations, reports, and training materials
• Maintain organized files while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting for program deliverables
• Monitor systems including the CCA of WA IMPACT system, MERIT system, and CME training registrations
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and events
• Assist with research, data collection, and presentation materials
• Support Early Learning supervisors in tracking program deliverables
• Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing mail
• Provide support across departments as needed
