About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide coaching, training, and technical assistance to ECEAP subcontractor staff in person, virtually, and by phone or email
- Support continuous quality improvement efforts and help programs develop and achieve quality improvement goals
- Assist subcontractors with ECEAP compliance, documentation, and ELMS data management
- Deliver constructive feedback and guidance to early learning professionals
- Support implementation of curriculum, coaching strategies, and evidence-based practices
- Maintain coaching records, documentation, and progress tracking
- Collaborate with subcontractor staff, DCYF partners, and the ECEAP team to strengthen program quality and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Three to five years of leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field
- Experience coaching, training, or mentoring adults
- Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and early learning systems
- Knowledge of ECEAP, Early Achievers, and Washington State childcare regulations preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Ability to obtain required certifications and successfully pass background checks
