About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide coaching, training, and technical assistance to ECEAP subcontractor staff in person, virtually, and by phone or email
  • Support continuous quality improvement efforts and help programs develop and achieve quality improvement goals
  • Assist subcontractors with ECEAP compliance, documentation, and ELMS data management
  • Deliver constructive feedback and guidance to early learning professionals
  • Support implementation of curriculum, coaching strategies, and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain coaching records, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with subcontractor staff, DCYF partners, and the ECEAP team to strengthen program quality and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Three to five years of leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring adults
  • Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and early learning systems
  • Knowledge of ECEAP, Early Achievers, and Washington State childcare regulations preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and successfully pass background checks
