About the role
- Support the design, implementation, configuration, automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of enterprise Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Maintain cloud environments to ensure stability, performance, and compliance
- Support configuration management, monitoring, automation, and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) activities
- Work with senior engineering staff to deliver modern cloud solutions, contribute to containerization efforts, and follow established engineering best practices
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation to support overall cloud health
- Assist in maintaining the organization’s hybrid cloud environment (on‑premises, Azure, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise cloud environments with foundational knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is strongly preferred.
