About the role

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting from sourcing (active and passive talent), to candidate engagement, through interviewing and selection on our applicant tracking system (Workable).
  • Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research, etc.
  • Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Confirm that all talent acquisition efforts support CFBNJ’s mission, strategic goals, and objectives, including ongoing reporting and communication of results to leadership team.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient recruiting process, in compliance with CFBNJ’s hiring policies and practices.
  • Coordinate offer letters and pre-employment processes (background checks, references).
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hire in collaboration with HR Ops.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant application of company policies and practices.
  • Coach managers on effective documentation, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with senior management.
  • Develop strategies in partnership with ER and L&D Specialist to improve team members capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and qualifying talent, networking and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization and market to potential candidates.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • High degree of professionalism and reliability, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team, in a dynamic work environment.
