About the role
- Supervise and coordinate teams of activity leaders/animators during peri-school and out-of-school periods
- Create schedules in consultation with the youth services manager
- Manage absences and arrange replacements
- Organize and lead team meetings
- Verify monthly timesheets
- Conduct annual interviews and performance evaluations
- Make staff declarations on TAM (SDJES)
- Drive project momentum and engagement within the teams
- Ensure implementation of the educational orientations of the Local Social Educational Project
- Recruit replacement contract staff and seasonal activity leaders in coordination with the youth services manager
- Develop and draft the pedagogical project together with the animation teams
- Implement, monitor and evaluate the project
- Set up and oversee animation and activity projects
- Write session activity reports and annual reports
- Identify needs and maintain regular inventory of equipment
- Request quotes from service providers and prepare purchase orders
- Monitor the structure's budget
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay up to date with applicable regulations
- Participate in meetings and work related to the Local Social Educational Project
Requirements
- Driving licence: Category B (mandatory)
- BPJEPS required
- Frequent travel across the intercommunal territory
- Irregular working hours with variable times depending on service requirements
- Workload and activity peaks linked to peri-school and out-of-school periods
