• Supervise and coordinate teams of activity leaders/animators during peri-school and out-of-school periods
• Create schedules in consultation with the youth services manager
• Manage absences and arrange replacements
• Organize and lead team meetings
• Verify monthly timesheets
• Conduct annual interviews and performance evaluations
• Make staff declarations on TAM (SDJES)
• Drive project momentum and engagement within the teams
• Ensure implementation of the educational orientations of the Local Social Educational Project
• Recruit replacement contract staff and seasonal activity leaders in coordination with the youth services manager
• Develop and draft the pedagogical project together with the animation teams
• Implement, monitor and evaluate the project
• Set up and oversee animation and activity projects
• Write session activity reports and annual reports
• Identify needs and maintain regular inventory of equipment
• Request quotes from service providers and prepare purchase orders
• Monitor the structure's budget
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay up to date with applicable regulations
• Participate in meetings and work related to the Local Social Educational Project
