About the role
- Responsible for the personalisation and customisation spine across authenticated digital channels - the CommBank app and NetBank.
- Improving the orchestration of systems, framework, capabilities and digital features to drive a more cohesive and relevant personalised experience.
- Turning strategy into execution — helping to lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable capabilities that enable personalisation and greater customisation.
- Pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that move the dial and unlock maximum value.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital product development from strategy through to delivery, ideally within a complex, multi-squad ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of experience personalisation back-end systems and the data flows that connect customer context to experience delivery.
- Strong understanding of experience orchestration and context management — connecting back-end intelligence with front-end experience.
- Skilled in agile delivery, prioritisation, and roadmap management — ensuring clarity, alignment, and velocity across cross-functional teams.
- Supporting the product lifecycle from customer discovery, ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills.
