About the role
- Ensure RBS Risk Management has a strong and effective Line 2 Credit Risk function
- Management of internal and external relationships
- Articulate credit deliverables to senior leadership
- Support with Quarterly and Annual Business Planning cycle
- Coordinate and curate papers in preparation for Board and Committees
- Provide guidance and synthesize information to senior leadership
- Track achievement of key business targets and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Financial Services
- Experience in Retail Credit Risk and governance highly advantageous
- Ability to manage and present data
- Experience preparing high quality visual packs
- Ability to apply commercial & financial principles
- Strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in MS365 and collaboration tools
- Ability to work productively as part of a team or independently
