About the role
- Oversee the print product line in conjunction with the Chief Product Officer
- Lead the end-to-end execution of our print initiatives
- Advise on the strategy and vision for the print product line
- Own development and management of production schedules
- Track milestones and mitigate risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Oversee file preparation, proof review cycles, logistics, and final delivery
- Ensure all materials meet quality, brand, and instructional standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding print products
- Provide clear and consistent communication regarding timelines, specifications, and delivery expectations
- Oversee shipping schedules and logistics for on-time delivery
- Identify and resolve any production or distribution issues while communicating resolution plans
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in print production or a similar role highly preferred
- Strong understanding of print workflows and specifications
- Experience successfully managing customer communications and delivery timelines
- Familiarity with shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time-management skills
