IT Support

• Manage core IT services including Google Workspace (email, file sharing, data storage)
• Full ownership of Mac device management via Kandji and Apple Business Manager
• Monitor security tools (Ironscales, Syscloud, Dmarcian, Drata) and data protection
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
• Support Operations by testing new releases, documenting changes, and training staff
• Assess tech stack and recommend improvements, automation, and streamlined workflows
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors and cross-departmental staff to ensure consistent system use
• Maintain hardware inventory (specs, upgrades, recycling, replacements)
• Enforce Google Drive conventions, permissions, and sharing protocols
• Assist in creating automated flows or streamlined solutions for recurring issues
• Support software transitions or upgrades with documentation and training
