Customer Success Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and executives to support their strategic goals.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes using Common Room. Guide customers in realizing the full value of our platform.
• Take ownership of contract renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Identify upsell opportunities by aligning customer needs with Common Room’s product offerings.
• Act as a product expert and advisor, delivering tailored training sessions, best practice recommendations, and strategic insights. Enable customers to drive adoption and success through ongoing education and support.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account plans, including milestones, objectives, and success metrics. Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued success.

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical expert on key accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across custom integrations and data pipelines.
• Act as a technical escalation point during onboarding and post-launch.

Head of Account Management

Manager

• Own Growth Renewals, managing a high-volume book of business with varying contract terms and renewal cycles.
• Drive renewal motions end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, contract execution, and close.
• Partner with Customer Success to assess account health, usage, and renewal risk well ahead of contract end dates.
• Proactively identify churn risk and take action to mitigate through value reinforcement and alignment.
• Manage renewal transactions efficiently and consistently, balancing speed with a strong customer experience.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline hygiene in partnership with RevOps.

Renewals Manager

Events

• Support upmarket push via targeted events strategy: Common Room is pushing up market and you'll be a big part of helping us show up where these buyer's make decisions by planning, coordinating, and executing events that are designed to help us reach those prospects.
• Contribute materially to this year's pipeline targets: Over the past year, we've increased the velocity and quality of our events. We're looking to 2x our output from this past year through growing the number and effectiveness of our events. Your leadership will help us achieve key pipeline targets.
• Event impact and measurement: You'll use tools Dreamdata, Salesforce campaigns, and Common Room (yes we use our own product) to track the performance of your programs.
• Cross-team leadership: Field and marketing events are a team sport and you'll be expected to ensure that pre, during, and post event processes align with the objectives and incentives of the team. It's expected that you'll work closely with contractors (to asssist with some of the logistics), others on the Marketing team, Sales and SDR leadership, and the Executive team (in some cases) to ensure these events are successful.
• Travel and event coordination: Part of this role will include traveling to many (not all) of the events to ensure that logistics are taken care of and that the whole team does what they can to ensure its success.

• Grow mindshare and pipegen within key accounts: Experiment with and build out dedicated programs that grow Common Room’s mindshare within and pipe gen from target accounts. Not looking for a cookie cutter playbook.
• AI pipegen experimentation: Create tools, programs, and touchpoints that lead with value, tie back to Common Room’s core value proposition, and address key conversion questions and hurdles.
• Metrics and reporting: For each experiment and program, you’ll be responsible for measuring its impact on the business to determine whether we further invest or cut loose quickly.

Senior Growth Marketing Manager

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise customers with responsibility for renewals and expansion.
• Lead strategic account planning, renewal strategy, and expansion motions across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities across teams, use cases, and business units.
• Partner deeply with Customer Success, Solutions, and Product to deliver value and support expansion.

• Manage the full post-sales commercial lifecycle, from onboarding handoff through renewal.
• Proactively identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities based on customer usage, maturity, and evolving needs.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions, and Sales to ensure customers realize value and are positioned for growth.
• Lead renewal and expansion conversations, including discovery, value articulation, and commercial negotiation.
• Help customers evolve their GTM approach by introducing new use cases, workflows, and capabilities as they mature.
