• Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and executives to support their strategic goals.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes using Common Room. Guide customers in realizing the full value of our platform.
• Take ownership of contract renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Identify upsell opportunities by aligning customer needs with Common Room’s product offerings.
• Act as a product expert and advisor, delivering tailored training sessions, best practice recommendations, and strategic insights. Enable customers to drive adoption and success through ongoing education and support.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored account plans, including milestones, objectives, and success metrics. Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued success.
• Proactively identify potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute mitigation plans to address challenges before they impact the client’s success.
• Represent customer perspectives to internal teams, providing valuable insights that inform product development and improve the customer experience.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey.

• Partner with Product Management when defining a product or feature’s development lifecycle
• You will help identify problems or areas of opportunity in the product for our customers
• Research how competitors do (or don’t) approach these problems
• Explore solutions, review with leadership, refine, ship, and support
• Partner with Engineering and be directly responsible for the product UI and experience
• If you see something worthy of a change in the product, take action and propose a solution

Full-stack Engineer

• Your ability to quickly learn about the product, business, and technology is your superpower. You crave growth and learning, but also have the experience to guide and accelerate the growth of others. You’ll own execution of complex features that your team builds, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring your team is delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems. In parallel, you won't shy from getting hands on and making technical contributions yourself.
• You’ll lead by example- building APIs that other engineers can use to solve customer problems, shaping architectural decisions, and ensuring Common Room’s core internal capabilities, infrastructure, and systems continue to serve the needs of our customers and our team. You’ll be a bridge between engineering, product, and other stakeholders, keeping us one step ahead of the product roadmap.
• Outside of technical work, you’ll participate in important company-building initiatives (from hiring and onboarding to improving processes) that a fast-growing startup needs to scale successfully.
