About the role
- Ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention
- Drive revenue growth through account management and proactive support
- Maintain positive customer engagement and identify expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular account health checks and nurture engagement
- Monitor messaging for compliance issues and manage offboarding of non-compliant accounts
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or telecommunications
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Experience managing complex accounts
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Autonomy in daily operations and strategic initiatives
