About the role
- Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email.
- Generating targeted prospecting lists using Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Amplemarket.
- Proactive, outbound, email, LinkedIn and phone-based contact to prospective customers.
- Upselling to recently won, new customers to find additional opportunities.
- Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions for our customers.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of new customers won, the number of lead conversions and Expected Annual Revenue from New Customers won.
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively.
- Working through the entire selling process, including qualification, questioning, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible, from trialling our services to buying them.
- Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements
- 1-2+ Years of experience in a B2B Telesales role targeting. Within a Technology or SaaS organisation is a bonus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success.
- Solid influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven by a passion for delivering results.
- Experience of using a CRM system.
- An ability to understand technology and the problems it solves, and to articulate that to prospective customers.
- A passion for professional development and for selling.
