About the role
- Develop a product and/or process vision and define product features
- Create and own the product backlog; prioritize features by business value
- Determine sprint backlog prior to each sprint and support sprint planning
- Ensure production stability and compliance with SLAs, IT security and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders; gather feedback and communicate decisions
- Monitor and recognize impending problems; design reusable solutions and templates for standard processes
- Provide advice to the team on infrastructure and architecture; improve products, services, processes and systems
Requirements
- Ability to develop a product and/or process vision based on customer needs and stakeholder expectations
- Create and be responsible for the product backlog; determine sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and/or customer benefits
- Ensure stable operations as per service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationship with customers/stakeholders and collect feedback
- Early recognition of impending problems and development of innovative problem-solving approaches
- Advise team in infrastructural and architectural matters
- Focus on production stability and creation of reusable solutions
- Willingness to participate in trainings provided by employer
