Develop a product and/or process vision and define product features
Create and own the product backlog; prioritize features by business value
Determine sprint backlog prior to each sprint and support sprint planning
Ensure production stability and compliance with SLAs, IT security and regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders; gather feedback and communicate decisions
Monitor and recognize impending problems; design reusable solutions and templates for standard processes
Provide advice to the team on infrastructure and architecture; improve products, services, processes and systems
Requirements
Ability to develop a product and/or process vision based on customer needs and stakeholder expectations
Create and be responsible for the product backlog; determine sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and/or customer benefits
Ensure stable operations as per service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and regulatory requirements
Manage relationship with customers/stakeholders and collect feedback
Early recognition of impending problems and development of innovative problem-solving approaches
Advise team in infrastructural and architectural matters
Focus on production stability and creation of reusable solutions
Willingness to participate in trainings provided by employer
