About the role
- Excellent start in telephone customer support within the installment loans team
- Engage our existing customers with attractive Commerzbank financing products and deliver first-class customer experiences through to loan completion
- Identify upselling opportunities and proactively handle loan inquiries
- Achieve team successes in a supportive and cooperative working environment
- Work partially remotely after successful completion of the onboarding period
Requirements
- Work experience in a call center, preferably in financial services
- Interest in the lending business; motivated career changers are welcome
- Sales- and service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Team-player mentality
- Solid PC/computer skills
- Fluent German, spoken and written
