About the role
- Excellent start in telephone-based customer support within the Installment Loans team
- Enthuse our existing customers about Commerzbank AG’s attractive financing products and deliver first-class customer experiences through to loan completion
- Identify upselling opportunities and proactively handle loan inquiries
- Achieve team success in a supportive and cooperative working environment
- Work partially remotely after successful completion of your onboarding phase
Requirements
- Professional experience in call center work, preferably in financial services
- Interest in the loan business; motivated career changers are welcome
- Sales- and service-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Team-player mentality
- Proficient computer/PC skills
- Fluent German, spoken and written
