About the role
- Telephone customer support as a solution-oriented point of contact
- Guide new and existing customers of Commerzbank AG in achieving the dream of owning their own home
- Provide competent support throughout the financing process
- Review and collect creditworthiness and property documentation
- Maintain close written collaboration with Commerzbank specialist departments and with customers
Requirements
- Work experience as a call center agent (m/f/d) in inbound and outbound desirable
- Motivated career changers (m/f/d) willing to obtain the IHK professional qualification (Sachkundeprüfung) pursuant to §34i GewO
- Strong communicator and team player with enthusiasm for mortgage financing
- Confident PC skills and fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
