Account Executive

• Conduct sales calls using consultative business process reviews and move prospective client through the sales cycle from the first appointment to contract signing
• Set appointments with prospects through the telephone, email, and marketing campaigns
• Identify prospect goals and objectives for process improvement then recommend solutions to help meet these goals and objectives
• Provide value-added services including technical support, Product Development and Relationship Management
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing that will be appealing to the customer and deliver an acceptable return to Commerce
• Prepare customized request for information, request for proposal, file spend analysis, proposals and sales presentations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Account Executive – Commercial Card

Customer Support

• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the Bank’s 30+ delinquency rate.
• Business need may dictate assignment to varying levels of collections
• Assist the consumer in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation, reason for delinquency, and provide guidance to limit loss to the bank
• Negotiate repayment options by asking questions and offering applicable solutions
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers with current and past due accounts, and leave messages as necessary
• Provide proper documentation and account maintenance while maintaining an acceptable level of quality assurance and productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative – Collections

• Sell card payment services to “C” level associates at targeted enterprise level businesses, hospitals, educational and government entities
