Key responsibilities & impact

Learn and perform all aspects of an equipment transaction from prospecting with direct sales team to pricing, documentation, booking and servicing new customers
Reach out to clients and prospective clients via phone calls and other referral sources
Assist sales team with the development of new marketing ideas, campaigns, list creation and other items that aid market development
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ year experience in equipment finance/banking/sales, or other related industry experience required
Basic knowledge of the financial services industry
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
