Bookkeeper

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter new bills in billing system
• Prepare payroll for all employees (currently 38) using ADP Workforce Now, including validating pay and deductions, and submitting for approval
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records of company expenses and income
• Review timesheets and follow-up with employees if there are any questions
• Review expense reports and follow-up with employees if there are any questions
• Prepare invoices monthly
• Prepare utilization reports monthly
• Maintain Travel & Expense policy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment laws
